Morning Everyone! First post of the day today, and it's for our Halloween Challenge at Eclectic Ellapu hosted by the lovely May!

We went to see Nadine in Bath yesterday for her birthday, and took her out for lunch and to do some shopping, and then came home again last night! It was really lovely to see her, and we met her flat mates and her friends, so feel a bit more relaxed about her being away!

Birthday Wishes

Hello All! Sunday afternoon, snuggled up under the blanket again, the rain is tipping down outside! We have broken the chocolates out - the diet starts tomorrow!

The baby shower yesterday was lots of fun, and Graham's whoopie pies went down a treat, so all in all a good afternoon!

My card today is for one of the teachers at school, who is absolutely lovely and always makes time to stop by and have a chat to us in the office! I received some new stamps on Friday that I had ordered at the beginning of October from Verve Stamps in the United States, and have been itching to use them! The stamp I have used is actually a freebie to say thanks for ordering!! If you have never heard of them, pop over and have a look around - fab stamps, lots of variety, and really reasonably priced! Hello Everyone! Snuggled up under a blanket at the moment writing this - it's miserable and cold outside! Graham is in the kitchen indulging his new passion for baking - he's experimenting with whoopie pies today!! They look yummy, so I'll let you know tomorrow what they were like! It's the baby shower this afternoon, so I'm looking forward to going to that and getting out of the house, as I have serious cabin fever after being home for three weeks! Back to work on Monday, which I definitely think will be a shock to the system!

Morning Everyone! Well, Winter has arrived! Cold, windy and horrible out there! I've got a busy day today - seeing the GP this morning and hopefully get signed back to work on Monday. My friend Tracy is coming over this afternoon for a visit, so I think I might bake a cake too!

My card today is for my Reiki teacher Linda, who I saw on Tuesday afternoon for a Reiki session. I've got to the point where the doctors are stumped and I can't take feeling exhausted and horrible anymore, so decided that maybe the holistic route was the way to go! Fingers crossed!

Baby Shower

Hello Everyone! Hump day again - yay!! The weather is turning though, so it will be cold by the weekend, which means hot chocolate and marshmallows will be on the shopping list!,

My card today is for our nephew's partner Katie for their baby shower at the weekend. I really hope I will be well enough to go, fingers crossed!!

I have kept the card simple and white, as this will be the last time for a while that she gets something just for her that isn't blue!! I have used three different embossing folders to give the card a bit of interest, as well as distressing and sewing the edges! My embossing folders don't often get used, so thought it was time to dust them off...
