Happy Birthday!

Hello Friends! Well, I have had a bit of an insane week, completely lost my mojo, and haven’t been on my blog for over a week, even though I had this card to share with you! Dream and Wish

Hello Friends! Well, half way through the week already, only two more days til the weekend – yay! I hope everyone is managing to keep warm and toastie in this cold weather! We thought we might have a snow day on Tuesday after the snow on Monday, but alas, by Tuesday morning most of it had melted! We are forecast more snow for Friday and Saturday, so I feel a weekend in my craft room coming on!

Today’s the day

Hello Friends! Weekend at last! It has seemed like a really long week, I’m just very glad it’s Friday! We’re off to London again tomorrow for another audition for Nadine, but I’ve got Graham with me this time so at least I'll have some company! Fingers crossed everyone, this is the one that she really wants!!

Hello friends! Yes, you’re seeing right, I am actually on here and it’s before 6! Well, only because needs must as I am going to a quiz night tonight with friends and I won’t have time later! Hello Friends! Well, Saturday night, a bit late with my post today! I must confess, I got stuck into reading a book, which I haven’t for a while, and everything else went out of the window!! After spending the last two days in London, I kind of just sat around today!!

 

Nadine’s audition went well, well, as well as we can hope, so now we just have to wait to hear!! We stayed with my sisters-in-law, and this is the thank you card I made for them, to go along with a tin of choccie biscuits!!

Happy New Year

Hello Friends! Happy New Year to you all! May your year be filled with health and wealth, wisdom and happiness, and lots of crafting of course!!

 

We have had such a busy time over Christmas and New Year, I am looking forward to a few days of card making to bolster my stash a bit, and also to try and keep my resolution to try and make cards for everyone and everything that merits one!

 

I have made New Year cards for friends and family, and these are two very similar ones, with change a change in the backing paper. The verse is from a rub on from Kaisercraft, which I saw in Cardmaking and Papercraft, used by Christine Emberson.
